Functional Lead – Medical Affairs

We are looking for a Functional Lead – Medical Affairs to lead Medical Affairs solutions within Veeva Vault and enable compliant medical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Vault Medical implementations and enhancements
• Configure Medical Inquiry, Medical Content, Events, and workflows
• Support MSL, Medical Information, and Scientific Communications teams
• Ensure compliance with medical, promotional, and non-promotional regulations
• Facilitate business process alignment across medical functions
• Drive UAT, training, and adoption strategies
• Act as primary functional escalation point

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Veeva Vault Medical experience
• Veeva Vault Medical certification(s) (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Medical Affairs operations and compliance
• Experience supporting MSL and Medical Information teams
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills

Certifications a Plus:

• Veeva Vault Medical (MedComms, PromoMats, Medical Inquiry, Events)
